Ambitious project and great idea. This will be beautifully shot and a rare project. Seems like no-one focuses on youth these days.

As the Scottish referendum approaches, I will be showing portraits from my home town of Aberfeldy in Perthshire for the next couple of weeks. For those who don’t know ‘Feldy, as it’s affectionately known, it’s a small market town, population of about 1800, on the southern edge of the Highlands. It’s the town where I grew up and where most of my close family still live.

Whichever way the referendum goes, the inevitable changes won’t be felt for several decades, so with a view to the future, I concentrated on photographing teenagers and young people
