I first saw Museum of the Moon a couple of years ago in Kendal as part of Lakes Alive. It was breathtaking. A scale version of the moon inside a church. Why? Why not. It uses accurate NASA imagery so it’s sort of the closest you’ll get to the moon without going there. You walk around it. You sit under it. It doesn’t require explanation or over thinking. It’s just the moon floating in a beautiful space.

So I was delighted to hear it was coming to Liverpool and to the Anglican Cathedral.
