After a really lovely 2 days in Nantes we headed off to Paris. On the way to the station I stopped for a few street shots as the light was perfect. One simple beam of light creating a spotlight for people to walk into. So this is that moment when the spotlight was on them.

Surreal shot! I had to read your explanation for that capture, it really looks amazing.
This reminds me of a project I read about recently where the photographer found a busy spot where for a short period every day the light made them look like they were walking from darkness into light. I an’t remember off hand who it was though.
