The Olympic Torch arrived in Chester on Monday and received a huge welcome. “The Moment When”, produced by Walk the Plank and Cheshire Dance, saw a huge number of performers take to the walls around Chester Racecourse and put on a stunning display of dance, fireworks, aerial dancing and music. It was a fantastic show to watch and photograph.
